FAST FAST FAST service! Sean and Rocco were great. They replaced all the brakes, both hood struts, both sway bars, a leaking oil sensor and did a complete oil service with a moly slip additive, in just a few hours and they offer a car rental on the spot if requested.
My BMW dealer would have taken two days and charged triple, but then they do wash your car and sometimes give you a pen.

I can't recommend the staff and service at Sil's enough! As a woman, I've had negative experiences at the dealership...but here, I don't have to worry about being taken advantage of. Their service advisors explain the required work in a way that's easy to understand.
Little extras go a long way, too, like vacuuming and cleaning, pick up and drop off service, and even a complimentary roadside assistance program and extended warranty on work. Referrals are rewarded too!
I personally don't take the Go Train but they're located right next door so this would be really convenient if you leave your car there all day! This is a family business with family values.

My car was acting up and making all sorts of strange noises. I was treated great right from the start. I was given a free courtesy car and we got right back to our day. The follow up was amazing. I got pictures and a written estimate right on my phone. The repair was right on time and at the exact price that I agreed to to. And, they washed my car befor i got it back.

I brought my car in to have some work done. I was treated very fairly and with respect. The job was complete at a very fair price and he even worked overtime just so I could have my car the same day. The process of what he did was explained and all my questions were answered. I would definitely use this business again and would recommend to all!!! Very nice and honest people!
