I feel truly blessed to have grown up with the Banno family that owns and operates this shop. These guys have true integrity.
Never too busy to explain things in greater detail. On days like today when its -40°C and everyone has a broken car, they take time away from their lives and their families, working late, just to help make sure their friends and loyal customers are safe. And they do their due diligence to learn about your make and model of car, so you dont have any surprises.

Great Shop! I took my 1996 BMW 750il there after my drive belt got shredded. I was very impressed when I called because they are so knowledgeable. They had it looked at the very first day and let me know what needed to be done. The price was great and so was the service. I will take all of my cars there in the future and recommend them to all of my friends and family! If you have an older BMW or Benz take it here.

These guys are incredible!!!!! Very outgoing, Friendly I made me feel like an important customer even though I was just there to get a headlight changed. It has been a very long time since I’ve been to a business in which their customer service was outstanding. These guys did a fantastic job on my vehicle. They also went above and beyond my expectations. It was very icy I have a cane, I said please park it where there is as little ice as possible so I can get in they had it parked by the entrance door and salted all the way to the drivers side. My RV was broken down at an intersection in cochrane on a busy August weekend. I was being honked at, people were shaking their fists at me (unbelievable), and my girls were sitting at a campground by themselves in Field. I was upset, a little desperate and feeling vulnerable (single lady alone). The Ama driver referred me to JD's auto center that would take me in right away to at least look at it (some i'd called were saying 2 weeks away even to give an opinion!) The mechanic looked at it right away and did some minor repairs/cleaned the fuel filter and sent me on my way without insisting I needed a new fuel pump etc. Ie. He was honest. The shop stayed open a bit later to accommodate me. I know how uncaring people in this world can be these days.... That day reset my faith in humanity and I was on the road that night; made it to Field at dusk to find my 2 frightened, much-relieved girls sitting at a picnic table at dusk. This family run company went over and above and drove my vehicle home for me due to un-for-seeable snowy/icy road conditions at no additional cost. Christian and his crew are terrific. An honest business owner who tells you everything that needs to be done on your vehicle. Then leaves you with a quote for you to review and then continue with service. There were no surprises. Christian and his crew took my tired and cranky 1996 Chevy truck in. It needed brakes, hoses, transmission work, emergency brake cable etc etc. They did an great job and now she purrs like a kitten.

This is a great shop that uses common sense to troubleshoot auto electrical issues. Reasonable rates for some solid service to boot! They saved me money that I couldn't afford at the time as well. They truly went above and beyond in repairing my Impala ABS and Trac Off warning light issue, a trait hard to find with the bigger repair shops these days. Thanks to the guys at Maxwell auto..
