I went there I have know Grace to very kind and practical person. The doctor who does your hearing test does a through job he takes his time.Dr. Frankie as he wants to know as runs all test on you to make sure you leave happy and satisfied. This is the place to go if you need a hearing aid. I've worn hearing aids for 15 years and I can't function without them. I've been to most stores near vaughan including the bigger ones. This company offered the best service and knew exactly what they were talking about. I'm glad I found them because it's difficult to find honest hearing aid providers these days. 5 stars.

I previously had hearing aids for 5 yrs but never wore them as they never fit. Went to The Ear Company expecting to purchase new ones but they made adjustments to mine and they fit perfectly. Very impressed with the service, knowledge, professionalism and how comfortable they made me feel. Would highly recommended them.
