My wife and I had Mr. Rolando replace our front door that was a single door into a 1 and a half door, Very professional a job very well done. Extremely pleased with the work. Every time I go to this location the employees are helpful, attentive and understanding. Ever go into a Home Depot and the employees are impossible to find or try to run away when they see you coming towards them? Yeah, that never happens here. It’s like they actually care that the repairs I make to my house or the products that I get are actually the ones I need and are the right ones for the job. Crazy concept, isn’t it?

I got Exclusive Windows and Doors to replace 14 windows brick to brick throughout my house which included a custom octagon window, several large windows and a bay window. The price was competitive, installation and finishings are great and I am very happy with the finished work. The customer service was good as well, let me know when windows arrived, scheduled a date that suited my needs and the installers were polite and even used drop sheets and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommended.

I ordered some heavy glass for a couple of cabinets a while back and I continue to be impressed with the quality of product I received for a very reasonable price and a very short wait. As it happened, I had to return a piece that wasn't quite flush (the measurement was tricky). I took it back and I was most impressed with the customer service I received. There was no hassle, no haggle and no extra charge. The piece was re-cut within a few minutes and I went home happy. recently had an issue with side window on chevy hhr.went down halfway and stopped.I noticed the sign on victoria park gentleman was just finishing a vehicle.He did a quick check then pulled the door panel and noticed a slight bend on the track,straightened it put panel back on and told me to have a great day.Although it took only a few minutes his experiance and customer service will encourage me to return and recommend this location in the future. thanks dc

Today I went to Rona in East Gwillimbury to buy some hardware stuff. We met an associate named Diaba in paint department who took us to hardware section and helped above and beyond today. We were very impressed with her excellent customer service. She was very respectful, helpful and very knowledgeable about Rona products and had lot of patience as well. She spend almost 45 minutes to find the best hardware products for us. We are yet to find such a talented associate in any stores in New market

Love Dickson Home hardware! They are just up the road from me and literally have everything and then some. Whatever I need whether it is wire mesh for the water feature, salt in the winter,
closet hooks , I can find it here. I once came looking for the oddest product to get rust off of a quartz rock and sure enough they knew what it was and had it. I often know what I want but not what it is, they have tons of friendly staff always close at hand who actually know . Most recent purchase -A Green Egg for hubbie as a surpise! They kept my secret for a few months even when my husband went and visited, they delived when they said they would (free of charge too!) and set it all up. Bunch of really nice people and they are open late which is good for those of us who decide to do something at 7pm at night lol!
