THEY HANDLED IT WITH CARE & UNPACKAGING IT & NOTICED A BLACK MARK ON THE SIDE WHICH WAS FROM THE MANUFACTURE, SO THEY TOOK A PICTURE.THE CARBOARD WASNT DAMAGED AS WE ALL CHECKED.SO HOPEFULLY SOON LEONS WILL DECIDE ON HOW THEY WILL FIX THIS MARK!GUYS DID A GREAT JOB, WELL DONE

I am from Windsor Ontario but only shop through Tara At the Collingwood store. Amazing personality and makes the best of every interaction. When something is good, don’t change it. That’s why the Collingwood store gets my business. I have purchased several times through Tara and love each one of them. Never an issue. I am not generally a fan of big box furniture stores but the exact table and chairs I wanted were available at this store so I went in. The customer service was excellent - the young salesman who helped us really went out of his way to answer my many questions - and we had our dining set in two business days. Great!

We have had a disappointment at one time, but the last couple of times we have been in Leons they have been great! The last time I wondered if my Sealy mattress would be comparable with a elevating base and the phoned a Sealy distributor to make sure and got back to us. Wow

We had our new refridgerator delivered today by Arnett, Adre and Brandan. They were on time coutious and over the top in assisting me in order for them to get the old one out and the new one in.
The whole experience from the phone staff, the sales personnel and the delivery people has been a great experience when often a major applince purrchase can be streeful and upsetting. My wife and I would not hesitate in recommending you folks at any time! This is our fourth purchas of a major appliance
