I had my rotor break, had the car towed to the service center, they said they would call to confirm work and rate: they didn't, they kept the car for 5 days, said it needed a strut, rotor, caliper, only repaired caliper and rotor, said he did not want to spend anymore time on it leaving strut broken, now I have to get it towed to another shop to fix strut, and pay another shop fee. Not impressed, prices were decent but when considering cost due to not completing job really wasn't.
